The kite festival, which is traditionally held during Navruz celebrations, took place in the city of Samarkand in Dahbediy mahalla.
The children launched the kites made by their own hands, into the sky at this festival, which promotes strengthening the sense of respect to the ancient history and national values in the hearts of the youth.
The kites floating in a clear sky with spring wind, reflected the bright dreams and thoughts of children.
