ASIAN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE QUARTERFINALS DRAW

The official draw for the quarter-final stage of this season’s AFC Champions League produced a host of mouthwatering ties when it was made in Malaysia on Thursday.

Teams through to the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League: Al Ain (UAE), Al Nasr (UAE), El Jaish (Qatar), FC Seoul (Korea Republic), Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors (Korea Republic), Lokomotiv (Uzbekistan), Shandong Luneng FC (China) Shanghai SIPG (China).

Quarter-final 1 West: Al Ain v Lokomotiv

Quarter-final 2 West: El Jaish v Al Nasr

Quarter-final 3 East: Shanghai SIPG v Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors

Quarter-final 4 East: FC Seoul v Shandong Luneng FC

The clubs drawn first for Quarter-final 1 through to Quarter-final 4 will host the first leg of the quarter-finals while the clubs drawn second will host the second leg.

The winners of Quarter-final 1 and Quarter-final 3 will host the first leg of the semi-finals while the winners of Quarter-final 2 and Quarter-final 4 will be at home for the second leg.

The final will be held according to the home-and-away format and the winners of Semi-final 2 (East Asia) will host the first leg while the winners of Semi-final 1 (West Asia) will be the venue for the second leg.
