Baltic news agency Baltic News Service (BNS) continues to inform its readers about the positive changes taking place in the country.
So, on the web site posted an article publication "Effective parliamentary control - important factor of development", which gives details on the Tashkent International Conference "Actual issues of improving the institutional arrangements for the implementation of parliamentary control: experience of Uzbekistan and foreign countries".
As noted in the publication, in the framework of the event have been heard reports of foreign experts on the place of parliamentary control in addressing the socio-political problems in assessing the effectiveness of legislation, the role of factions of political parties in improving its efficiency, the interaction of the parliament and the media in this regard.
The article also contains excerpts from interviews with participants of the conference - Professor of Inha University Sunn Don Gi (Republic of Korea) and the chairman of the parliament of Saxony Matthias Roessler (Germany), which stressed that Uzbekistan in a short time has achieved significant results in the area of parliamentary control.
