Yesterday in London, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, met with Ariel Flores, a representative of BP (British Petroleum), one of the world’s largest multinational oil and gas corporations, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

“Met with Mr. Ariel Flores and members of the Management Board of BP, - the head of the MFA of Uzbekistan wrote in his Telegram-channel. - We discussed Uzbekistan’s ongoing energy sector reforms, efforts to further improve the investment climate, and prospects for advancing major joint projects.

Particular attention was given to progressing the Ustyurt project, exploring additional oil and gas opportunities, as well as expanding cooperation in renewable energy and advanced technologies”.
