On the occasion of this day several events were organized for the managers and employees of hotels, travel agencies, restaurants, translators, as well as foreign and domestic tourists, reports the press service of "Uzbektourism" national company.
Since independence extensive construction, repair and restoration works have been undertaken in Bukhara. Many hotels and inns have been built. New tourist routes were opened. Nowadays about 90 hotels, among which "Zargaron Plaza", "The Sultan", "Labi Hovuz", "Modarihon" and about 40 travel agencies, including private ones are operating in the city.
