A charity action ’The eyesight recovery’ was held in eye diseases clinic in Nukus, Karakalpakstan.
According to the agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Korea Foundation for International Health (KOFIH), group of Korean experts conducted in-depth medical examination of 400 patients with eye diseases. 60 patients underwent surgery.
As part of the charity action, modern ophthalmic equipment was transferred to clinic.
