Considering the role and importance of the sacred Kurban Hayit in our spiritual life, and that it is an expression inherent to our people’s kindness and compassion, gratitude and tolerance, with purpose of preservation and strengthening national and spiritual values, as well as in accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On proclamation of religious holiday Kurban Hayit as a day off" of June 20, 1991, under №DP-221:
1. Taking into account the appeal of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan on the coincidence of the first day of Kurban Hayit with September 24 (Thursday) to announce the September 24, 2015, as a day off and to celebrate it widely as a holiday throughout the country.
2. Republican Fund "Nuroniy", "Mahalla" and other relevant departments, public organizations at a high level, in accordance with the national values of our people to implement the necessary measures in connection with the Kurban Hayit in the field.
3. To recommend to the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan, the Uzbekistan National News Agency and other media to publicize the activities related to the celebration of Kurban Hayit.
