Businesspeople led by the Khokim of Yakkasaray district B. Shamuratov visited Shanghai.
During the visit, the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Shanghai organized a meeting of members of the delegation from Tashkent at the administration of Jiading district. The sides discussed prospects for development of cooperation between Yakkasaray district of Tashkent city and Jiading district within the framework of the 25th anniversary of establishment of sister-city relations between Tashkent and Shanghai. Uzbekistan delegation acquainted the Chinese partners with the priorities of socio-economic development and investment potential of Yakkasaray district and Tashkent.
During the visit, Uzbekistan delegation got acquainted with the experience of activities of the technology park, economic zones, housing projects and industrial engineering in Jiading district.
At the meetings, prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation were determined. Following the meetings, memorandums of cooperation were signed between Uzbekistan’s Gulshana Tekstil Invest LLC, Grand Capital LLC and China’s Yiwu Wenli Import & Export Co.Ltd, Shanghai Tita Machinery & Equipment Co. Ltd., Oha Industry Trade (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.
