The number of users of fixed broadband Internet access at the end of 2014 in Uzbekistan was amounted to 390.58 thousand and an increase over last year amounted to 135.2%, reports the Ministry of Development of Information Technologies and Communications of our country.
In the first half of 2015 was recorded 426 thousand users with an increase of 121%, comparing to the same period of last year.
The further development of broadband Internet access, including fixed and mobile, is one of the priorities for the near future.
