Discussion of the draft state program

The draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the State Program for the Implementation of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy in the Year of Environmental Protection and Green Economy has been developed and published for broad public discussion.

The draft state program provides for practical measures in 5 priority areas, a list of regulatory legal acts, and target indicators for 2025.

The draft is being actively discussed in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and is being considered in detail at meetings of factions and committees. Representatives of factions of political parties and members of committees express their opinions, suggestions, and recommendations on the content and significance of this document.

“The draft state program defines priority tasks for the current year for the comprehensive development of our country in all areas and directions”, says deputy, member of the UzLiDeP faction Khushvakt Khaitov. “Particular attention is paid to digitalization, attracting the population to entrepreneurship, supporting socially vulnerable groups of the population, including creating conditions for children from such families to receive education and master information technologies and allocating state grants for them. In addition, special attention is paid to large-scale tasks related to greening and developing a green economy. The activities envisaged by the project serve the prosperity of our country and improve life”.

Indeed, all the areas and goals envisaged by the draft state program for 2025 play a crucial role in improving the well-being of our people and bringing national development to a higher level. Of course, during a broad public discussion, the draft document will become even more popular and vital.
