On the pages of the Egyptian newspaper "al-Masaia" published an article devoted to the electoral processes in Uzbekistan.
It deputy editor Muhammad Salam Arabic informs the audience about the active preparatory work of the Central Election Commission (CEC) for the presidential elections in our country, to be held on March 29 this year.
The publication presents statistical data on the number of voters in the 14 constituencies of the republic, according to the administrative division of regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
As the newspaper writes, to participate in the election of the President admitted all existing political parties in Uzbekistan - the Liberal Democratic Party, the People’s Democratic Party, "Milly Tiklanish" and the Social Democratic Party "Adolat", which provided the CEC full package of necessary documents. It is noted that the authorized representatives of the parties have already been issued registration certificates and forms of signature sheets of standard pattern.
Particular attention is paid to participation in important political event of a large number of observers from reputable international and regional organizations, as well as foreign countries.
