A few days ago the Italian business magazine Eurasia Business Dispatch published an article on the successes of our country’s automotive industry.
The article notes that the state policy on this direction aimed at the continuation of the privatization process, modernization of existing and creation of new industries, increasing the export potential of local businesses while developing the domestic market.
"The Uzbek automobile industry today is one of the fastest growing industries of the national economy, - says Eurasia Business Dispatch. - Currently in the automotive industry includes many enterprises equipped with the most modern technology and equipment. Development strategy based on the establishment of equal and mutually beneficial relations with the leading companies of the world, promotes the production of competitive products to world standards.
It is reported that, as in all areas the automotive industry continues to work on a large-scale localization projects. In particular, projects are being implemented for the development of the issue of necessary parts and components for domestic cars. Due to the adjusted production of spare parts saves hard currency, reduced production costs and create more jobs. Today, within the framework of the localization program in the country a lot of joint ventures, specializing in the production of quality have been organized.
"Now in cooperation with leading companies of the world domestic enterprises such as GM Uzbekistan, Sam Auto, JV MAN Auto-Uzbekistan, General Motors Powertrain Uzbekistan produced cars, trucks, buses, special vehicles, engines, a wide range of accessories and spare parts.
Uzbek cars are in demand not only domestic market but also in foreign ones. Modern design and technical capabilities, the optimal ratio "price - quality" won the trust of customers ", - says the magazine.
