EURONEWS IS PREPARING TO SHOOT THEMATIC PROGRAMS ABOUT HISTORICAL CITIES OF UZBEKISTAN

From 5 to 14 October the crew of leading European TV channel Euronews as part of the correspondent Catherine Cahoon and operator Fabian Welter to be in Uzbekistan to prepare the three thematic programs about historical cities of Uzbekistan - Samarkand, Bukhara and Termez for the program "Uzbekistan Life".

Broadcast about our country will be aired in thirteen languages of Euronews channel, viewership of which has more than 370 million people in 155 countries around the world.

This media project is a collaborative effort between the National Company "Uzbektourism" and TV channel Euronews, which is aimed at raising awareness of the international community about the rich historical heritage of Uzbekistan and development of tourism potential.

Recall that from September 2015 the channel Euronews started showing thirty-second commercials, showing the sights of Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. In addition, in September, the category Le Mag to air special report "Samarkand: melodies of the East", dedicated to the X International Music Festival "Sharq taronalari".
