EXHIBITION DEDICATED TO THE BRITISH WRITER

National Library of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi opened a book exhibition "Masters of the detective genre", dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the British writer Agatha Mary Clarissa Mallowan, known under the name of Agatha Christie.

She is among the world’s most famous writers of detective fiction, and one of the most published authors in the history of mankind. More than 80 short stories and a dozen plays author have been filmed repeatedly and have been translated into more than 100 languages.

Exhibition presents such favorite works as "Mirror circle on the cracks ", "Destination Unknown", "The secret adversary" and others.

After visiting the exhibition, library users have learned many interesting things in the life and work of the "Queen of detective".
