EXPERT GROUPS WILL CONSULT DEPUTIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF DRAFT LAWS

Each factions and committees of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan formed expert groups for scientific, legal and advisory providing for deputies.

As the lower chamber of parliament reports, in accordance with the new situation, the expert group will operate on the term of office of the Legislative Chamber as a public consultative body for scientific, legal, expert and consultancy activities to ensure deputies.

They will become a permanent collegial body that will review and evaluate proposals for improving the legislation in terms of issues related to the conduct of factions of political parties and the Committee of the Legislative Chamber, to analyze the state and the main trends of improving legislation.

New structures are created from highly qualified specialists of relevant government and non-governmental bodies with legislative experience of scientific and practical work on solving faction of a political party and the committee of the Legislative chamber.

It is established that their numerical staff shall not exceed 30 persons and can not be less than 5 people, and meetings will be held as necessary, but no more than four times a year.
