In the capital’s UzExpoCenter launched VIII Republican fair of innovative ideas, technologies and projects.
Its work is widely attended by representatives of ministries, departments, banks, enterprises of all economic sectors, research institutes of the Academy of Sciences and higher educational institutions of the country, as well as small and private businesses, farms.
Particularly active this year showed budding scientists optimistic that an important area of innovation economy of Uzbekistan is the involvement of the younger generation. The government provides them with full support, provides funding and creates the conditions for scientific research. As a consequence, the results of gifted young people are of great practical importance and are implemented in real production in various industries.
In addition, at the fair, together with young scientists and students also presented the winners of the development of the republican contest "Innovative ideas of the youth". During the selection of a special attention was paid to factors such as their willingness to implement in practice, the efficiency of energy and material, the use of local raw materials, the ability to display new products on the market.
Note that in the framework of the fair is also held Tashkent International Innovation Forum with the participation of leading scientists and experts from Germany, Greece, Republic of Korea, France, the USA and Japan. The event discussed issues of innovative development of Uzbekistan, ensure the competitiveness of the economy in the process of globalization, training and skills development.
