First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Ambassador of Kazakhstan review the results of bilateral cooperation and outline priority areas of interaction for 2026

Today, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhromjon Aloyev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan, Beibut Atamkulov, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, during the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues on the bilateral agenda, reviewed the results of cooperation in the political, trade and economic, as well as cultural and humanitarian spheres for 2025, and outlined priority areas of interaction for 2026.

Special attention was paid to the successful outcomes of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to Uzbekistan and the Seventh Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia, which were held on November 15–16, 2025, in Tashkent.
