Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan conducts competitions "The best teacher of the English language", "The best final qualifying work in English" and "The best master’s thesis in English".
They are organized in the framework of the implementation of the tasks mentioned in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further improve foreign language learning system" dated December 10, 2012. For graduating students of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree it was provided nominations in six areas: "The humanitarian sphere", "Social services, economics and law", "Production and technical sphere", "Agriculture and Water Resources", "Health and Welfare" and "Services".
According to the results of the first competition 14 teachers will be able to a two-week internship in the UK. The other two will identify the top three who will be awarded the appropriate certificates, gifts, cash prizes. Deadline for applications is until the end of March.
