On manufacture, founded in 2011, made infrared machines for drying fruits and vegetables, allowing them to keep all the nutrients and taste.
— Currently, we produce not only drier, but the package of six species of dried fruits, for which demand is very high - says the head of the company Ilkhom Sayfiev. - This has been possible thanks to the modernization of production and commissioning of a new production line. The project was directed 500 million soums. Good help in this matter for us served as a bank loan in the amount of 100 million soums. These funds have a new production line, characterized by low power consumption and high performance.
Another feature of it is that the equipment allows you to simultaneously clean the fruit from the rind and seeds. Semi-finished product is dried in ovens and then packed in specially prepared packaging plastic bags and sent to customers. As a result of re-engineering team of the company is now able to produce more than 300 tons of dried fruits.
Participating in exhibitions, trade fairs food industry, the company phased out their products and the global market. For example, at the recent international exhibition in Germany "World food" PE "Livadia - Bukhara" signed a contract for 120 thousand dollars for the supply of dried fruits with partners from Israel. Production of the enterprise also interested representatives of business circles of other countries.
