“Had a phone conversation with H.H. Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, - the head of MFA of Uzbekistan wrote on his telegram-channel. - Sincerely congratulated my colleague on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr and wished peace, prosperity, and sustainable development to the entire Muslim Ummah.
We discussed further developing the steadily strengthening partnership between Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia.
Also exchanged detailed views on the situation in the Middle East, emphasizing the need to ensure peace and stability in the region and to resolve all issues through political and diplomatic means”.
