Fergana hosted the forum “Training qualified personnel and implementation of international educational programs in professional education”.
It was attended by the delegation from Germany led by the AVESTOS GmbH Managing Director, Klaus Michel, heads of professional education organizations in Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, specialists from district and city hokimiyats, representatives of large enterprises and organizations.
The activities carried out in cooperation with a German company on the qualified personnel training and the introduction of international educational programs in professional education, as well as the possibility of further expansion of the project, were discussed at the event.
Together with the Leipzig Chamber of Crafts and AVESTOS GmbH, a training system based entirely on German educational standards has been introduced at the polytechnic schools of Shakhrisabz and Guzar district, and personnel training has been established in the areas of building construction and metal technology. In August-September 2024, eight teachers of these professional education institutions improved their qualifications in Germany and received appropriate certificates.
