It was a great honor and pleasure for me to meet you during my visit to Uzbekistan in November 2015. I would like to thank personally you and your colleagues from the Uzbek government for constructive dialogue and warm welcome.

I especially appreciate highly and welcome your strategic vision to transform the private sector into the main engine for future economic development of Uzbekistan. I totally agree with the fact that Uzbekistan needs to find a new type of engine of growth for preservation and accelerate impressive growth that the country has provided over past decades. Technological equipment of private sector should encourage this growth with supporting role of public sector, which increases the efficiency and transparency for compliance with international standards of public sector management.
