Important documents aimed at raising cooperation between Uzbekistan and Turkey to a new stage have been signed

Following the negations at Kuksaroy residence, a ceremony of signing bilateral documents took place.

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan signed the Joint Statement on further development of strategic partnership, which is of great importance to its essence.

24 documents have been signed between governmental organizations, ministries and agencies, in the sphere of economy and trade, transport and logistics, industry, science, education, tourism and other areas in order to further strengthen legal basis of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Turkey.

At the meeting with representatives of the mass media, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan noted that the negotiations were held in the spirit of mutual understanding and respect, the signed documents will serve to further strengthening long-term cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Turkey.
