Delhi hosts a training program for Central Asian countries’ diplomats, organized by the Indian Foreign Service under the Ministry of External Affairs of India.

It is attended by representatives of various departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.

The training program is organized within the framework of the agreements reached during the first meeting of India – Central Asia dialogue at the level of Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and India, which was held in January 2019 in Samarkand.

Central Asia – India platform was forwarded by Uzbekistan together with India and supported by all Central Asian countries.

The program for Central Asian countries’ diplomats became the third event organized within the framework of the dialogue. Earlier, two groups of experts from government agencies and mass media of Central Asia, including Uzbekistan, visited India to exchange experience.
