Material acquaints readers with the ongoing large-scale reforms in Uzbekistan to enhance the role of Parliament and the improvement of its operations, strengthening the powers and supervisory functions of the legislative and representative government in the center and on the ground. It is emphasized that adopted more than 20 laws that constitute the legal basis for the implementation of effective and efficient parliamentary control in the country.
