The official opening ceremony of the 5th International Forum of MGIMO graduates is taking place in the Palace of Symposiums, in Tashkent.
As previously reported, Tashkent hosts the 5th International Forum of MGIMO graduates. The event is attended by members of government, parliament, politicians, diplomats, heads of large companies from 32 countries, as well as MGIMO representatives. According to the latest data, the number of participants is more than 450. They share one thing in common –studying years in MGIMO – one of the most authoritative higher educational institutions.
Congratulatory messages of the Presidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation were read out.
International Forum of MGIMO graduates kicks off in Tashkent
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Damdin Tsogtbaatar, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia Miroslav Lajčák, the Minister of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia Hang Chuon Naron, Head of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science Sergei Kravtsov, member of the Board of Directors of the Eurasian Bank and the Board of Trustees of MGIMO University, one of the founders of the Eurasian Resources Group Fattokh Shodiyev will deliver speeches at the sessions of the forum on politics, security, economy and culture.
