On 26-31 March 2021, Jizzakh hosted a meeting of the working groups of the government delegations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tajikistan in Joint Uzbekistan – Tajikistan Demarcation Commission, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
The parties discussed the demarcation work on the line of Uzbekistan – Tajikistan State border, exchanged views on the project demarcation line and the establishment of border signs on the line of Uzbekistan – Tajikistan State border.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
A Protocol was signed following the meeting.
