The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a Resolution "On the organization of construction of external infrastructure Kandym gas processing plant", according to the website www.norma.uz.
The document approved the implementation in the period 2015 - 2017 years of construction of the external power supply, including power transmission line 220 kV from the existing substations "Uzbekenergo" to Kandym gas processing plant, including its modernization and expansion.
In the framework of the project "LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company" allowed direct contracts with "Uzbekistan Temir Yollari" for the design, procurement of equipment and materials, construction in-plant railways at the expense of the investor.
Resolution of the State Customs Committee tasked up to April 1, 2019 to carry out customs clearance of goods (works, services) imported using privileges on payments under the Production Sharing Agreement in respect of the site Kandym group of fields, Khauzak and Shady, and Kungrad area in an exception, without granting export cargo customs declaration; State Committee for Architecture and Construction to provide expert support in parallel with the development of working documentation for the project, the registration of construction projects and the proper state architectural and construction supervision of the quality of construction and installation works.
"Uzbekistan Temir Yollari" and "Uzbekenergo" is allowed to provide free meals three times a day of workers employed in the construction, with the exception of the costs from the tax base when calculating the tax on corporate income, value added tax, the single social payment, income tax individuals and insurance payments of citizens.
