In his book "The Canon of Medicine", Avicenna identified the main directions of development of medicine. This was particularly highlighted at the international conference on "the historical legacy of scientists and thinkers of the Medieval East, its role and significance for the modern civilization", organized on the initiative of President Islam Karimov in Samarkand in May 2014. We collaborate with scientists around the world in studying and propagating the heritage of Avicenna.
