On June 8, the legendary Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli is expected to perform at the Istiqlol Palace of Arts in Uzbekistan’s capital city. The musician will present his solo program for the first time in Tashkent.
Andrea Bocelli performs bоth classical and modern music. He is considered one of the best tenors nowadays and seeks to popularize opera. Andrea had problems with vision from childhood, and at the age of twelve he finally lost it.
The tenor acts as a kind of intermediary between popular music and opera. The Italian challenges the audience when he refuses to amplify his voice with a microphone. It should be noted that for some time past Bocelli prefers to pay more attention to opera singing.
The concert program of the evening will consist of two sections. In the first section singer will perform classic – famous opera arias, and in the second one the most popular hits of Andrea will sound.
On the same stage along with Bocelli special guests will perform, the appearance of whom will be a pleasant surprise for the audience.
Guided by his own vision and feelings, Bocelli makes an invaluable contribution to the development of not only opera art, but also world classical music, making it meaningful and understandable to everyone.
