Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan approved a list of documents submitted to the state customs service in export-import operations, press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic reports.
According to Decree, at the customs clearance of goods exported in "export" regime, entrepreneurs must submit the contract (a contract or agreement) that is registered in the relevant authorities, cargo customs declaration, transportation and shipping (invoice) documents.
Importers in turn, to confirm the customs value of imported goods have to submit the above documents, as well as export cargo customs declaration or another document replacing it, including a certificate of origin.
