MACHINERY TO BE SERVED IN THE FIELD

In the current year, Uzbekistan introduces a fundamentally new integrated system for servicing agricultural machinery on the basis of Uzagrotekhsanoatholding.

In particular, 40 out of 175 machine-tractor fleets operating throughout the country will be equipped with modern types of equipment already this year, primarily grain harvesters, high-capacity arable tractors, plows and seeders.

Most importantly, the new system will provide the fleets with modern repair stations, which will provide maintenance services not only on fixed sites, but also directly on the fields. That would significantly reduce the cost of repairs for farmers, but accelerate it, which is especially relevant in field operations, where every day is important.

The complete automation of the system is another interesting area, allowing connecting all the parks to the unified central network in Tashkent. The total cost of the project will exceed $12 million.

Uzagrotekhsanoatholding was established by a decree of the head of state in November last year to deal with the production, sale and maintenance of machinery, as well as the provision of mechanized services to agricultural producers. It merged all the major enterprises of domestic agricultural machinery.
