The State Committee of Uzbekistan on privatization, de-monopolization and competition development hosted a meeting with the delegation of the Ministry of Finance of Germany.
In the course of it, the sides discussed issues of joint work to prepare proposals for further improvement of legal framework governing the activities of limited liability companies, state property management, facilitation of the process of implementation of the Code of corporate governance, its presentation in regional and international forums.
At the same time, it was about the organization of training courses in the field of corporate governance for executives and managers of leading Uzbek enterprises and their internships in leading companies of Germany, assistance on issues related to improve the mechanism of the process of privatization of state property, taking into account international experience.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed on a constant interaction to address the above issues.
