On October 20, 2015 Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov met with the delegation of the National Assembly of the French Republic headed by Chairman of "France - Uzbekistan" parliamentary friendship group in parliament, MP Philip Mёne.
A representative delegation of parliamentarians arrived in Tashkent to hold meetings and negotiations with the deputies of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chamber of Commerce.
During the conversation the sides discussed the state and prospects of further advancement of Uzbek-French dialogue, the legislative support of bilateral cooperation in political, trade-economic, investment, cultural, humanitarian and other fields.
The meeting was attended by French Ambassador Jacques-Henri Els.
