On March 17 of this year, Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan (MFERIT) held talks with a delegation from the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of the Republic of Korea, headed by Deputy Director General of the Bureau for International Economic Affairs Ho Jin Song.
According MFERIT the sides discussed practical issues of bilateral trade and economic, investment and financial and technical cooperation.
It was also discussed the prospects of expanding partnerships ministries, departments and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Eximbank of Korea and EDCF Foundation, including through joint implementation of priority projects in various sectors of the economy of Uzbekistan by attracting the most advanced technologies, financial and technical assistance of development institutions of Korea.
