The State Statistics Committee (SSC) held a meeting with the mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) headed by R.Almarzoki, the press service of the Committee reports.
During the meeting the guests were informed of the main indicators of economic development in recent years and the factors behind the growth of the economy and its industries.
Also, the mission was informed on the progress made on improving statistical methodologies and practices, improving the national accounts statistics and prices.
Following the event, the IMF praised the work done and goals achieved by SSC in recent years.
