The Ministry of foreign trade held a meeting with Deputy Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Sergei Levin.
Sergei Levin noted that the summit meetings held in April 2017 gave a new impetus to multifaceted cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation, including in the field of agriculture.
The sides discussed issues of further expansion of trade and economic cooperation, including the organization of long-term supply of fresh and processed fruits and vegetables to the Russian market within the framework of the "Green corridor" created between the two countries.
