In the Olympic sports complex in Nakhchivan city (Azerbaijan) the traditional international team tournament in free-style wrestling among the youth «Nakhchivan Cup-2015». The tournament was dedicated to the commemoration of the national leader Geydar Aliyev.
It is expected that the teams of Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan, Russia, Turkey, Iran, Georgis, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan will take part in the tournament. According to the program of the tournament today on the 22 July there will be fights in two sub-groups (the teams will be allocated according to preliminary drawing procedure) and on the 23 July there will take place final and the match for the third place.
The national team of Uzbekistan will be presented by following fighters: Hasan Mamayusufov (50 kg), Temurjon Usmonohunov (60 kg), Aybek Mahsetbayev (66 kg), Islomiddin Rahimov (74 kg), Azizbek Soliyev (84 kg), Majid Muratov (96 kg), Bahodir Aslonov (120 kg). The coach is Aziz Ulahunov.
Our compatriot Timur Supiev will also be in the judiciary of the tournament.
