NEIIC "Uzbekinvest" conducts outreach meetings in the regions

In December 2014, the Law "On appeals of individuals and legal entities" entered into force.

The law intends to fill the legal gap in the regulation of social relations associated with the consideration of references of physical and legal entities, establishing liability for violations in this area, as well as further improvement of the procedure of appeals to state bodies and other organizations, reports IA UzReport.

Based on the requirements of this law, the national export-import insurance company (NEIIC) "Uzbekinvest" according to the approved schedule conducts meetings.

In particular, such meetings are conducted by the Director General of the company F.Saidahmedov in Namangan region and Deputy General Director J.Rizaev in the Syrdarya and Jizzakh regions. These meetings were attended by representatives of local authorities, employees of the regional banks, departments of ministries and agencies, private enterprises, members of political parties and citizens in the region.

The essence of the law "On appeals of individuals and legal entities" was explained at the meetings.

It was noted that all appeals of individuals and legal entities filed within 2014 in the company’s branches in Namangan, Syrdarya and Jizzakh region were reviewed in a timely manner in accordance with established procedure.

There were also explanations concerning the conclusion of contracts of insurance, payment of insurance compensation and other lines of insurance business. As a result of the meetings, relevant decisions were made to improve the order of consideration of references physical and legal entities and to strengthen control in this area.
NEIIC “Uzbekinvest” leadership plans to organize field meetings in other areas of the Republic also.
