A new mosque has been commissioned in Turkiye’s Hatay province, built with the participation of the Uzbek side, «Dunyo» IA’s correspondent reports.

The mosque has been named “Bukhara” in appreciation of the selfless assistance and solidarity shown by the Uzbek people to Turkiye during one of the most difficult periods in its history.

The new religious facility is located in the center of a large residential complex comprising around 3,200 homes and is designed to accommodate up to 500 worshippers at a time. The building features modern architecture, comfortable facilities, and an aesthetically refined design.

Following the event, participants emphasized that the project would further strengthen friendly relations and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries.
