In Uzbekistan, an automated information system "Notary" is being created. With its launch, notarization of transactions for sale, exchange and gift of real estate will be conducted without collecting certificates in paper form.
As explained by the Ministry of Justice, all notaries will receive all necessary information in the automated information system (AIS) "Notary", which is created in pursuance of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan dated February 27.
AIS "Notary" automates procedures related to notarial acts and forms a single database on prohibitions on alienation and seizure of real estate and motor vehicles.
The launch of the "Notary" system will be applied from July 1, 2017 in Tashkent and from July 1, 2018 - throughout the territory of Uzbekistan.
