Experts in the field of ICT especially in demand in the labor market 21st century, the age of globalization and increasing competition in the global market dictates the conditions in training, educating a new generation of high intellectual level and competitive knowledge.
As President Islam Karimov noted, modern high-tech services is growing in popularity among the population. For instance, mobile phone services, high speed internet, cable TV connection, remote banking services, maintenance and repair agricultural and automotive engineering, process equipment. Over the past five years the proportion of high-tech services increased to 21.2 percent, the most intensive development of communication and information services, increased by 3.3 times.
We can not imagine our life without high technology. They are well positioned in our daily lives. Former in the recent past, something incomprehensible, out of science fiction, today they are widely used a major part of the population, in fact, different gadgets and consoles, digital televisions, cell phones are manufactured in our country. For a short time with the help of "smart" electronic processes automation, the introduction of distance service and management, new types of services have established themselves as an effective factor in the development of modern society.
On this basis the country implemented a unified state policy in the area, improving the regulatory framework, the infrastructure that allows you to actively use information and telecommunication systems, a new generation of software products in all sectors. The development of a faster pace in the favorable conditions of the business environment provide their high competitiveness, contribute to the creation of thousands of jobs. Concept of development of e-commerce for the period of 2016-2018, which is approved by the Government, will give a new impetus to the development of business in this area.
Practice shows that the effectiveness of the reforms implemented in Uzbekistan in the field of information, largely determined by human resources. Develop a national education system in accordance with modern global trends, improving the regulatory, educational and methodological base. The main criterion for the quality of education of the younger generation, along with the content and accessibility became widespread use of ICT at all levels and areas of the education system. The sphere of activities of young professionals is rather broadly - this is the maintenance of computer hardware, software, information security systems, satellite and cable TV, wired and wireless telecommunication systems, mobile systems, design, construction, telecommunications.
Note the focus of professional education institutions to implement innovative projects that provide training of highly qualified new generation. For example, Tashkent professional college of information technology (TPKIT) opened an innovative service academy Samsung, created in partnership with Samsung Electronics and a number of other organizations and agencies.
