People will be encouraged for a video about the violation of traffic rules

This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures of further improving the system of road safety in the Republic of Uzbekistan” of May 19, 2018.

The Concept of road safety in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2018-2022 and a road map for its implementation have been approved. In addition, the order of the monthly “Day without car” campaign is introduced in order to attract public attention to the problem of safety on the roads, demonstrating that a movement without personal vehicles is possible and necessary.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has been instructed within three months to submit proposals on introduction of a centralized system for operative collection of video recordings installed on vehicles of individuals and legal entities on the facts of committed offenses, providing for encouragement and ensuring the anonymity of persons who transferred such records.
