PILAF ON "GREEN WEEK"

German electronic portals Düsseldorfer Blatt, Uzbekistan Online and Berlin City Report informed about the work of the national stand of Uzbekistan at the International Exhibition of food industry, agriculture, forestry and horticultural farm "Green Week 2016" in Berlin.

Particular emphasis in published material is made in true signature dish of Uzbek national cuisine - pilaf, who enjoyed the hospitality offered to all visitors of our exposition at exhibition.

"Pilaf - is the most popular and ancient dish, known and loved by every resident of Uzbekistan. It put carrots, garlic, onions, meat, pepper. As a rule, it is made from beef or mutton. The main ingredient - rice, success of culinary event depends on correct preparation of it", German media noted.
