The premiere of “Michael Kolhaas” was staged at Junges Theater Heidelberg (Germany) by the talented young director and actor of the Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan Obid Abdurakhmanov on December 9.

The spectators saw the original production of the novel by Heinrich von Kleist in Franziska Steiof’s transposition. The modern interpretation of the classic works in the format of a talk show made a strong impression on the audience in Germany.

Very soon, Tashkent theater-goers will be able to see Frances Teresa Shuts’s “Michael Kolhaas” play at the Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan in the framework of a joint project.
