PRESIDENT GOT ACQUAINTED WITH SOCIAL PROJECTS

Presentation of social projects was held within the framework of the visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Navoi region. In particular, a children’s town will be built for children of “Shodlik” charity house, in Tamdin district. All amenities for children will be created in the town of 4,3 hectares. Construction activities will start this month and will be completed by the end of the year.

Projects for construction of fountains in Zarafshan, repair and equipping the “Konchi” sanatorium in Uchkuduk district will serve to improvement of the city and strengthening health of the population.

The President got acquainted with the planned activity on repair of multi-storey housing stock in Zarafshan and Uchkuduk.

– Residents of these remote cities have a right to live well, – said the Head of the state. – 150 houses were renovated last year, the remaining 723 houses will be renovated in 2018-2019.

Projects on increasing extraction of precious metals until 2026, development of “Auminzo-Amantoy” deposit, implementation of the fifth stage of development of Muruntau deposit, expansion of capacities of the second hydrometallurgical plant in Tamdin district, and others were also demonstrated.

The Head of the state gave necessary instructions on timely and qualitative implementation of all projects, further expansion of production.
