President of Uzbekistan sends letter to the Emperor of Japan

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has sent a letter to Japan’s Emperor Akihito.

This has been reported by the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Head of the state noted in his message that the era of Emperor Akihito “Heisei” is known throughout the world as a time of outstanding achievements – lasting peace and all-round development of Japan, its entry in the number of leading economic powers, a significant increase in its authority and role in the global process.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed his sincere gratitude to the Emperor of Japan for the personal attention and support of multifaceted Uzbekistan – Japan mutually beneficial cooperation based on friendship, mutual respect and trust.
