Presidential Schools will be organized in each region of the country

Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced this at a meeting that is being held in Nukus.

“We have set the priority task of bringing our country to a new level of development, for which we need new generation in personnel. In order to educate such personnel, we are planning to organize new type of school – Presidential Schools in each region of our country”, said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The Head of the state proposed to start this work from Karakalpakstan, the city of Nukus. Participants of the meeting warmly supported the proposal. The President gave relevant instructions to responsible persons.

It was noted that next year 7 schools with 2.4 thousand places will be built in Karakalpakstan, work in the systems of preschool education and healthcare will be consistently continued.

The meeting is attended by members of the Jokargy Kenes and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokims of cities and districts, heads of sectors. The meeting is also attended by representatives of the general public of cities and districts via videoconferencing.
