PRESS CONFERENCE OF THE ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF UZBEKISTAN

At the National Press Center of Uzbekistan held a press conference on the theme "Actual problems of studying the modern history of Uzbekistan" with the participation of a number of leading scientists of the Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the media.

According to the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, during the event detailed information on the adoption of the necessary measures to reinvigorate the study of history and the work of scientists on actual problems of the modern history of Uzbekistan was provided.

In the speeches, it was noted that one of the areas to develop in modern historical science is recent history, which in many national schools associated with the formation and development of an independent national state. The importance of studying it is determined that it is aimed at identifying and understanding the events that directly affect modern life.
