Tashkent hosted a press conference on the activities of the Red Crescent Society of Uzbekistan (RCS), which this year celebrates its 90th anniversary, reports www.econews.uz.
During the event, it was noted that in conjunction with the state, public and international organizations RCS implements in our country large-scale projects to assist those in need of medical and social care of altruistic donation, prevention of emergency situations, as well as increasing medical knowledge and community preparedness for emergencies.
At a press conference in the contest "The best media coverage of the Red Crescent Society of Uzbekistan in 2014". Also creative competition for 2015 has started.
RCS prizes and diplomas were awarded to 10 winners of the competition - the journalists of radio, newspapers, television and Internet publications.
